Note to self:

-It’s fine to stay up until 2am and then rely on your alarm clock to wake you up at 8, but it works a lot better if you actually set your alarm.
-You wouldn’t be so stressed if you stopped waiting until the last minute to do things.
-Take a deep breath and slow down. No one has a clue what you’re saying, and it’s not because they listen too slow.

Add your own.

No matter how lazy you are, it’s not worth it to freehand technical drawings. You will end up having to start them over.

The automatic start feature on your coffee maker still requires you to put water, filter and coffee into the machine first. Dumbass. :smack:

Dude! Jayn_Newell, are you entirely sure you’re not my sock? Because I could have written the exact same post. (Well, I actuallly did set the alarm, but I never checked to make sure it was turned up. And it wasn’t.)

Well, since socks don’t bleed, I’ll say no. Fortunately, I only woke up an hour later than it would have gone off, which still gave me an hour to really wake up and be ready for class. Not dire, but I like to have that extra time in the mornings.

Could have been worse though. The other day I did the opposite–dragged myself out of bed to avoid missing class, and realised then that my alarm hadn’t gone off yet. So I was trying to tell myself not to worry and just wait for it to go off to prevent a re-run of that episode. Not sure what made me decide to actually check the time, but good thing I did, or I probably would have missed class, or at least have been late.

I have that all the time. The thing to do is to ask yourself, “Did I set it for AM or PM?” Eventually, this question will drive you out of bed without the alarm ever going off.
