See, personally I would have put my old name in the title. Since looking at the thread starter doesn’t do any damn good in figuring out who’s changing their name, does it?
Hummm, I liked TTT better
Oh well, just personal preference, I guess. Anyway, congratulations
One of few articles I could find on the TTT truck stop. It’s off I-10 in Tucson. There’s an enormous blinking red neon sign right outside of it.
I think all the Dopers speak/write English, it’s just that some of our fine group speak it as a second (or later) language.
Uh, yeah… that’s why I said he writes it better than those of us who were born English-speakers. There are a lot of non-English-speaking people on here, and unless vB automatically translates from every language known to man, I’m assuming they all write engilsh.
You didn’t know about vB’s automatic language translation features?
Je ne suis bricolet!
sniffs I’ll always remember our good times in the Horror Movie thread.
Thanks for the warning Cf
Tusculan congrats
I can’t believe I’m admitting this, but I actually went to Yahoo! and searched for “ttt movie” to see what you were talking about.
:smack: :wally
Congrats, Tusculan! Shame about ABR.
I can’t stop long, I’m just stopped at Twinsectra to dispute and refuel my truck on my way to see Towers, Undred Seventy Ceven, Und Legolas & AragorN.
My Triple-T story is that one night we drove by it and the cross bar of the middle T was out. It has forever since been known as the TIT stop.
Mwah.
Hey, when I first saw it, I thought it had to be a huge adult store or strip joint of some kind – what other kind of place would have TTT in such big red flashing neon lights?
In fairness, I was only 11 years old at the time. :o
Dammit, you should have said something. My new and improved suggestions will be:
(for men) The Man Under The Ice
[for ladies) Flying Viking Kitten
(unisex) A Handwashed Turkey
