If it comes down to it, I pray to god that elector defects.
Well, relatively speaking. I think they are as different as a democrat and republican candidate for president can be while each remaining mainstream enough to be competitive.
There we go. 246. Cuyahoga finally up to 76%. If trends there continue, Kerry picks up another 50,000 votes. Not enough. Bush up statewide 128,000.
A Switch! NH goes Blue!
Fox just gave New Hampshire to Kerry…first red state to go blue. I don’t think it will make much of a difference but thought I’d say it.
CNN’s web site has given Florida to Bush…don’t know why the cable show hasn’t.

With all due respect, I’m sure you wouldn’t want that sort of clusterfuck if an elector went against the wishes of his/her state.
“This race is crackling like a hickory fire.”
Everybody drink.
They are anonymous, aren’t they?
They are still voting in Ohio.
Wow, I just noticed that Alaska put legalizing marijuana on the ballot again this year. Do they do that every year, or just during presidential elections?

Meh. There’s no law prohibiting it.
where 'bouts…I’m looking for a road trip
Perhaps not but can you imagine the fall out? No thanks.
But you’d be outraged if an elector defected in a way you didn’t like, right?
FWIW, MSNBC called Florida for Bush some time ago. Colorado also goes to Bush, although Coors lost there. I need to go to bed soon. Like an hour or two ago.
see ya in a week
Yes, but someone would find out who that person is. Maybe for this reason they should NOT be anonymous?
Time to call Ohio? Bush ahead three percentage points with 82% of the state’s precincts reporting.
Cuyahoga is all in, right?
