So this evening I heard the story about Mitt Romney having to explain that what he meant when he said “saw” didn’t actually mean the light reflected off the subject went into his eyes. No, no - it means he knew something happened that he didn’t actually view with his eyes. Got it?
I laughed so hard while he tried to explain that this really is a common use of the word “saw,” that I had trouble shifting my truck. It is? Anybody remember the debate of what the meaning of the word “is” is? On the spot I invented the word “Romneyvision” to describe a means of seeing that is based upon, not actual sight, but upon the desire to have people belive that you saw a particular thing or event.
I got home and did a search on Romneyvision. It seems I’m too late.
I wonder if Romneyvision will take a place beside Truthiness?
