Me too. That’s the only thing I ever do on Twitter; follow tweets from certain organizations, and on occasion tweet back to them.
If they left I’d literally have no reason to use it ever. And I rarely do now anyway.
I’ve always found the “Six months’ worth of expenses” thing risible. Some can do that. Most cannot.
I can sort of do that. I have a big enough credit line that I can pay my bills on credit for 6 months before I max out.
It’s not great but it’s better than being flat broke. I even had to use it once years ago when I was unemployed and ineligible for benefits. I didn’t miss a mortgage payment thanks to my credit. And I was able to pay off my credit after I got a job by cashing in some old stock.
But no, I can’t keep enough in savings for that. (Almost, these days I should have a few months’ worth in there.)

In a twist that surprised exactly one person, the guy who was previously banned from Twitter for posting anti-Semitic shit has now been banned from Twitter again after Elon lifted his ban and he posted more anti-Semitic shit.
Interestingly enough, Elon actually managed to crack an amusing joke about the banning.
In Ye’s defense, who the fuck can tell what Elon will consider acceptable or not on a daily, if not hourly, basis?
Maybe he’ll change his mind again on the banning after he’s lit up - both a joint and by white supremacists defending Hitler

As bad as Ye’s judgment is in general, I think he nailed it about the real cause of the ban:
