Since Little Nemo’s post has revived this thread, I just thought of another actress who’s still on the list: Cate Blanchett.
An internet search reveals how much of a disappointing tease this news really is.
I stand by the rules I posted earlier. As long as the nudity is there, no matter how briefly, it counts. That’s why they made freeze frames.

I agree, but I don’t think it does if it’s so dark and in shadows that you can’t make anything out.
