Nuclear Popcorn!

      • I saw an ex-co-worker (is hyphenating three words together kosher?) today. One thing I remember most about him is that, when the Soviet Union went to pieces, he said he was bummed because he wanted there to be a nuclear war. The reason he gave was that when the missiles came for the air force base down the road, he was gonna stand outside with some popcorn in his hands and watch it pop. “No sense dying hungry”, he said. So anyway, -

MC the guy was pulling your leg. He wouldn’t live long enough to see popcorn pop if the air force base that he’s talking about is a Russian missile site. I know there is a list of sites that are suppose to be the missle sites for nuclear war should it evolve to that. Depends on the air force base he is close to…is must be one of the huge ones.
