I remember her character on MAS*H. The actress was from Oahu, so it’s been in the news here.

It was eerie that I had just thought of her a couple of days before the news came out. I was watching a medical show (I think The Good Doctor, might have been Chicago Med) and one of the nurses reminded me of her. I did a little math to make sure that it really couldn’t have been the same actress. After all it was 40+ years ago. Gulp.
IMDb lists 167 episodes of MASH. (But some say 165.) That puts her in 8th place in appearances there. Ahead of Stiers and Linville. Nearly as many as Farrell, Burghoff and Morgan.
- So she will miss out seeing the remake. Well, that’s a plus.
