My hubby and I (retro rebels that we are) are starting a calorie-counting diet soon, and our favorite food to eat out is Vietnamese. We especially love Bun Thit Nuong and all kinds of Pho.
In order to comply with the rules of the diet, we need to keep up with calories, fat, carbs, protien, etc. I have been looking online for several days for nutritional information for the items we usually get at our favorite restaurant and cannot find anything of use. Can anyone out there help?
