Anyone know of an online table that shows basic foods down and the values of what’s in them along the top? carbs, fat, calories, protein etc…?
Not in a table, because it wouldn’t all fit, but you can look stuff up.

Cool. On that first link I did a search on foods with highest protein and lowest saturated fat content. and top (well only item) on the veg list was yeast extract spread (marmite to my fellow brits!) which is my absolute favourite stuff in the world.
That website is my bible. I used to use the USDA sight, but since it’s a database only it was limited. I LOVE nutritiondata.com
You can add your own stuff into the library, including recipes. And you can email your library to yourself so if you ever lose your cookies you can keep your data.
