O! Prince of Wales. Or, what's your favourite sort of tea?

I’m thoroughly enjoying a cup of Prince of Wales tea, and each time I drink it after an absence (usually an excursion into breakfast tea) I always appreciate its flavour. So, what blends do you all like? Don’t worry about colour: black, oolong, green, white, it’s all good.

I like Twinings’ Prince of Wales myself. Also their Russian Caravan (pity it only comes in bags these days) and Ceylon Breakfast.

Celestial Seasons has a Golden Honey Darjeeling (also in bags only) that smells wonderful and has a nice delicate flavor.

And I like rose teas–black tea with rose petals in it.

Earl Grey.

Lady Grey; it’s Earl Grey with a bit of citrus.

And cornflowers. That’s some Good Stuff!

second, but must have milk and a touch of sugar

I like Twinings Prince of Wales.

I also like most Republic of Tea flavors – their Daily Green is great, and they have a Pink Lemonade Green Tea that’s delicious with a little sugar.

Earl Gray Green is also good.

Lipton. Very sweet. Lots of ice.

Tea. Earl Gray. Hot.

Anything by Twinings.
Earl Grey and English Breakfast are my favorites, but they also make one called Four Red Fruits that’s good in the afternoon.

I like Stash’s Chai Tea, too.

Twinings Earl Grey is my staple diet tea. For a change I love Four Red Fruits and Blackcurrant and every so often peach flavoured tea. One flavour I have not seen for a while that was refreshing was Orange and Cinnamon.

Hm, Earl Grey isn’t one of my favourites. I’ll drink it, but the bergamot makes it less enjoyable for me than other, pure-tea teas, if that makes sense.

I’m about to try Twining’s Lady Grey from the variety pack, and then I’ll have tried all of their “basic” teas. Prince of Wales still reigns, though.

I get my teas loose from adagioteas.com. I like green teas and my two current favorites are Chinese gunpowder tea which has a nice smokey flavor and Genmai, a Japanese tea that had roasted rice mixed in.

Earl Grey and now I want to find and try Lady Grey!

If you like smokey teas you should try Lapsang Souchong, I find it vile though and a friend once commented that he did not know whether to drink it or tar the road with it.

Twining’s makes a variety box that has 4 or 5 different teas in it - Earl Grey, Lady Grey, Prince of Wales, English Breakfast and something else - Irish Breakfast, maybe? They’re all very good.

Twining’s is the best, AFAIC.
I bought some Tazo tea (Earl Grey and Chai) and it was just awful - too perfumy and fake tasting. I ended up throwing it away.

Nothing compares to Twining’s Earl Grey.

Ha! My current favorite Earl Gray is the “Double Bergamot” sold at Safeway.

Unless it’s their English Breakfast.

My parents drink Earl Grey and Lady Grey. Bleah. I don’t like bergamont.

My favorite is Good Earth red tea, the orange spice flavor. Ginger tea is a close second.

Keemun Hao Ya B. Full, rich, sumptuous. It’s smoky and chocolaty, but it is absolutely un-monkeyed-with; that’s just the way the tea tastes. If I could drink only one tea for the rest of my life, that would be it. I have a shipment on its way from my favorite tea-pusher. steeples fingertips in greedy anticipation

And, yeah, I don’t get what all the fuss is about bergamot, either. I don’t mind it in small doses, but I couldn’t stand drinking it day in and day out.
