I was wondering… It seemed to me that there were a whole lot of games this week.
I’m not sure if that is good or bad; I can’t make up my mind.
I do wish there was a way to force the same number of games each week, or at least, the same number of total confidence points so that one’s “dropped” week wasn’t just the week with the fewest games.
The confidence points makes the highly anticipated matchups almost irrelevant in this pool. You can assign 1 confidence point to the OU-tOSU game and 32 confidence pts to the Clemson - South Carolina State game
IMO, each correctly picked game should be worth 20 pts + the confidence points assigned, as it would reward picking the winning team more than just assigning high confidence points to the cupcake games.
Anything more than 25 games/week is too many games to pick. I want to make this picks in 10-15 minutes
Sheeesh, Yahoo was in a bad mood today. It would not tell me what confidence values I had already selected.
