Obama or Romney, either way we're screwed.

What he/she said.

This is a tactic along the lines of purging the voter rolls, passing voter ID laws, and doing robo-calls to likely Democratic voters in WI “informing” them that they don’t have to vote if they signed the recall petition and/or “reminding” them to vote the day AFTER the election.

The Right is hard at work doing what it does best; lying, spinning, obstructing democracy, and DISCOURAGING voter turn-out in every way possible, including whipping up voter apathy.

They know damned good and well that the higher the turn-out, the lower their chances of winning. As evidenced by Obama winning with the highest turn-out since 1910.

This “all the same/no difference” meme has been circulating for a while now, and it boils down to “don’t bother to vote, liberals/moderates”. Rest assured, the radical Right will be out in force on election day, incentivized by all the anti-gay/anti-immigration/anti-abortion/other hot-button issues placed on the ballot in their swing states.

Bullshit. There IS a difference.

And I say that as an indie/unaffiliated, pretty far left voter lo’ these last 20 yrs or so. Obama has my vote (again.)

The U.S. economy was falling off a cliff when Obama took the reigns, like it or not. NOBODY liked the bailouts, but they had to be done.

The worst congress in history made it a point to obstruct any and all progress done by Obama, purely for the sake of making him look bad. Better to score political points than to do the job of doing the people’s work right?

I knew Romney would be the nominee from the start, as did most democrats, but, every single other "viable"candidate had the limelight for a time. Rick Perry was supposed to be “our next President”. Michelle Bachmann was too, along with Newt, Santorum, Huntsman and Paul.

The last place choice for the GOP nomination is now the “best candidate ever” for POTUS.

The economy is stalling, and it’s not being helped by what’s going on in Europe. Let’s kick the current guy out and get some new guy in. Instant success right? Those idiots didn’t know anything!

Surely the multimillionaire banker that protects the wealthy will also think of me when legislating?

FTR: a binary system of voting will never represent the true will of the people.
