Honestly, right now if by some miracle George W Bush could return to the White House instead of Donald Trump, I’d be happy.
QFT, although I disagree on the “greatest strength”. Waiting and hoping for two terms that suddenly his political opponents were going to “meet in the middle” or “compromise” is the main reason I think his presidency has been such a disappointment. Yes, he is intelligent, charismatic, and well-read. None of those things ended up mattering, because he never acted on his mandate for change when he had the backing to do it. Nothing that came after that was any improvement.
