I hadn’t wanted to bump the thread last week-did anyone else see this beyotch on Good Morning America? She actually said that under the same set of circumstances, she’d do it again (sue the kids). Also, she made it sound like the two girls went through a obstacle course of Parris Island quality to get to her door-and said that she was downstairs in the basement with several other family members when the girls knocked.
To call her a shitstain demeans poor helplessly besmirched undies.
See, but here’s the thing–another report has her “seeing shadows thru the front door glass”.
Her veracity is definetly doubrful, now.
Had a thought…can’t work at her PT job at Walmart, eh?
Bet she’s not the greeter!
:wally
Some snippets I’ve heard have said that the girls were familiar with the house and knew that they might be in the basement–thus the pounding, so they’d be heard. I can’t quite tell, but they seem to have known each other somewhat and gone to the same church. What’s the betting the girls were friendly with the 18-yo daughter?
I’ve seen Mr. Young quoted as blaming the girls for the media frenzy, perhaps unaware that reporters look for juicy stories like this one.
The girls apologized, the clergyman tried to settle the problem privately, Mrs. Young insisted on taking it to court anyway (contrary to Biblical principles), and she still says that suing was the right thing to do? Slow learner, I guess.
No and it depends. Personally, I post when I have something to say, whether I feel passionate about the topic or not.
Defending only the things one believes in is a good idea but not a requirement. The problem arises when one passionately defends something they don’t believe in without telling us. Lib’s posting style is the reason I said what I did.
One other thing:
Then say, “I’m only doing this to help me understand.”
