Obscure comic strips

Here’s one!

BTW Kiki’s not gone lucie, she’s soaring the skies somewhere with Riff and Ailee. I’m sure as soon as Torg and Zoe dispatch the deadly band of killer kittens, they’ll join up with the gang again. Surely Bun Bun has forgotten about his destroyed Baywatch tapes by now, don’t you think?

Current: “Liberty Meadows,” by Frank Cho and “Boondocks.”

Gone: “Kudzu”

I love the boondocks, but the newspaper that my mother subscribes to doesn’t have it, so I’m forced to enjoy its humour on the net.

For sort-of obscure, I adore “Sluggy Freelance” at http://www.sluggy.com

I love Sluggy Freelance. I read him everyday. Only online comic strip that I read regularly.

Maggie and Jiggs

Kudzu is still published; I read it almost every day. Sorry, but I wasn’t able to find an online version of it.

Really? I don’t know why I was under that impression. I wish we would pick it up here in NY.

Add a second for “Liberty Meadows.” I love that strip.

And I also love “Kevin and Kell.” GREAT online strip. http://www.kevinandkell.com

And… it runs here in Detroit, in the Detroit News, of all places. It’s odd that Zippy would run in such a conservative newspaper.

And kudos to RealityChuck for mentioning the greatest comic strip of all time, Krazy Kat.

“Sherman’s Lagoon” at http://www.slagoon.com

“Liberty Meadows” at http://www.ctoon.com or http://www.creators.com

but best of all is “University^2” (pronounced “university squared”), the original version of Liberty Meadows.
