On the Android Phineas and Ferb game they describe Agent T (Turtle) as possibly being from another dimension. Is this a reference to something?
Only thing i could think of is the Earth being on top of a bunch of turtles.

The first thing I thought of was The Great and Powerful Turtle from the Wildcards series. but that would be equally as weird. Or maybe The Turtle from The Flash series Earth 2 version.
I’d assume he’s just another universe’s version of Agent P - Perry Platypus becomes Terry Turtle on Earth-2, in the same way alternate universe equivalents in other media can be genderswapped, or a different race, or the opposite alignment, or older, or another species, as in this case.
