Observe and Report looks idiotic and completely unfunny

Well, this thread explains why they weren’t concerned about having two mall cop movies coming out so near each other. They appear to attract mutually exclusive audiences.

I mean, really; you can like or dislike Seth Rogen but at least his comedy is somewhat intellectual and his persona has something of a hip edge to it. Kevin James on the other hand is just an outright hack; he stars in King of Queens, a worthless cookie-cutter sitcom with an annoying fucking laugh track; and he made his film breakout in Hitch. The guy is not worth mentioning in the same sentence as Seth Rogen, unless that sentence is “Seth Rogen owns Kevin James’s fat ass.”

Seth Rogan hosted SNL last night. In the opening monologue Kristen Wiig asked him how he had lost so much weight since he played Paul Blart. He informed her that he was in a different mall cop movie. She said “Another mall cop movie? Good luck with that.” I’m paraphrasing but it was pretty funny.
