That’s right, I recall hearing that, too. I still tend to think the real villain of this piece is the fertility doctor who helped her do the absolutely wrong thing - I’m not entirely sure she’s completely sane.

So, she has had a spectacular special interest story, kinda freakshow, and has gotten herself into good plastic surgery Californifucked up Hottie presentation. This should be an easy avenue to revenue these days. The fact that she hasn’t been able to retain an agent who could parlay that into decent bucks, with nice commission, really says she is Way Too Friggin’ Crazy too deal with. Foster care it is, then.
Not necessarily. There’s gotta be places where she can sell or rent her kids out for a comfortable income.
How old are the kids now? Since they probably won’t be able to keep them together, let’s hope there’s at least a way to keep them near one another. (And what about the older kids? I don’t think you could split them up at this stage)
