For the second time in a row, what was inside a package did not match the label on the package:
1st time (a month or so ago)
What the label said: 30 lables / page lables
what was inside: 6 labels / page labels
2nd time (today)
What the label said: Black ink cartridge
What was inside: a cartridge that was labled black but contained yellow (or orange, or red - but most definitely not black) ink.
Both times they were apologetic and cheerfully exchanged my item. But it really shouldn’t happen. If I go to Office Max again, I will open the package in the parking lot, and not at home.
