Q1 Using M’soft Office for Outlook mail, any receipts I am asked for (from incoming mails) are never seen, unlike in outlook express. Is there any way to get the receipts to be visible in the outbox or sent items folder?
Q2 The ‘clear history’ function in my Internet Explorer browser is very reluctant to work. Sometimes it will, sometimes it won’t. Sometimes it takes absolutely ages to decide whether it will or it won’t. Any clues please, on how to make it more conscientious about its performance?
Also … If cookies go into ‘temp internet files’, what goes in the cookies folder (XP Home)?
