I actually think that was funnier than the main Lonely Mountain comic.
This week’s is a nice follow-up to a joke from an older comic. Not tremendously funny, but I chuckled.

title=“I’m thinking of changing my middle name to ‘the’.”
This Miss Ride the Pony intrigues me, though I’m a little disappointed that she’s not really a pony.
For my name a ‘the’ in the middle works.
Heh, mine too.
Argh, so does mine.
Mrs. Plant (v.3.0) said, “Honey, that’s just life. You work with a bunch of idiots and just do whatever you have to to get them to do their work. I guess it is funny, art imitates life.”
Whatever works to get the kingdom back. “The” as a middle name works well for me.
If he’d become a top-level Mafioso, would that have been “Crown the Don”?
Will he eventually be known as Don The Crown The First?
I’ve been using an iPad & haven’t been able to figure out how to access the hidden tag lines. Anyone have any tips?
Another possibly iPad related question… I discovered Oglaf through the Dope quite some time ago & check in from time to time to follow along with this thread and catch up on the ongoing discussion. Anyways, when I first discovered this great comic, I went through from start to finish and read all of the strips and story lines.
From time to time I'll run into a comic that's being discussed here that doesn't ring a bell. I'll click on the link and get this Easter-egg of a comic that I somehow had completely missed. The same thing just happened with this epilogue. I can only get to it by linking from this thread. When I click through on the Oglaf site itself I can't for the life of me find this particular epilogue...
Any thoughts?
Should have read through another couple of posts! Would have saved myself a few minutes of typing and editing…:smack:

I thought it had something to do with the old legends about sowing dragons teeth to grow monsters, but couldn’t figure out how it got from there to a giant pile of treasure.
Mar 2 strip: “Bascinet” Bascinet
It occurs to me that in the Oglaf universe you could probably form an entire corp just of “things that have to contain themselves in suits of armor”.
I love the pun on bascinet/bassinette
Hah! I didn’t catch that - awesome.
It’s also a Monty Python joke - Sir Not Appearing In This Picture.
Ha, I thought it was some Commonwealth alternate spelling.
She looks familiar. Have we seen her before?
I don’t think so, but after awhile, a lot of the secondary characters start to look the same. But so do people in real life, so that’s not really a flaw.
