Somehow, the Oglafverse dwarves are tremendously more intelligent (at least, as far as dragons are concerned) than the dwarves of Middle Earth are.
Had to introduce my table at yesterday’s LFR event to this, since one of the characters in the module I was running (NEVE5-1) is named Oglaf. None of them had ever seen it.
The Dark Marauder’s armor looks kinda curvy. Is the DM a she?

That happens sometimes here. I’m still wondering about “hefty Grogol”, the one with the sword could go either way, but with the hair, I’m thinking female.
The character in “Hefty Grogol” is pretty unambiguously female. Panel 3 makes it clear that she has breasts, and panels 6-7 give her very feminine hips.
The next to last panel here makes the Dark Marauder look pretty masculine. I can kinda see some ambiguity in the last panel, but I think that’s exaggerated lats more than anything else.
Hey, wait a minute. Did The Lonely Mountain have a “prologue” before? I don’t believe I would have missed something like that. This must have been added afterwards.

I didn’t see the prologue before, and I always look for those. I think it was added after the comic was first released. Can’t be 100% sure, of course, but I think so.
