Now, has Navaan guessed something significant about the effect of blood on her prisoner, or does she just want some more gratuitous sex? And is she going to find out something that lets her arrive just in time to save the day, or is Grier going to deal with it all herself?
They made a big show of pointing out that the prisoner dropped a fake death when Navaan kicked him. That seems like it’ll somehow be important, but I really can’t imagine any specifics.
