75%. I think that’s quite good considering I knew literally zero of the answers.
I got 48 out of 48, too, with time to spare.
That’s how I finally figured out which one was which, too.
 I could show my age, and admit the only ones allowed to use the one computer when I was in school were the geeks. And a Commodore 64 was something they only dreamed of.
And I walked uphill in the snow - both ways!
How come it doesn’t color all of Michigan?
I got 0/48!
I clicked “play”, went to the map screen, and literally 2 seconds later it told me I had failed and the short bus was coming for me.
Since November 2001, (or shortly thereafter). The new name is “Newfoundland and Labrador”.

48/48 here, but my head hurts from it.
I got 45/48 on the states…stupid because several times I thought I was picking up a state name and got the wrong one. But I guess if it had been a real test I would have gotton those wrong.
I’m pretty pleased at myself for scoring 90% on the provinces/capital quiz…I’m not Canadian, nor did I ever get any sort of Canadian history in school.
I’m at work so didn’t try this quiz, but I did succesfully name all 50 states in 5 minutes without a map to look at (as featured on a quite entertaining Friends episode).
Thanks.
Hey, us yoopers are just happy to get on the map. Half the time the entire UP is left off, I’m not gonna start complaining about not getting colored in.
37/48, and that was only with a LOT of guessing.
I suck.
Can you do it in alpabetical order? I can, in approximately 30 seconds.
Sigh, I got 83% (9/14) on the Canada quiz.
Without guessing I knew 37 of them (I can never remember the great lakes states) but with trial and error I got all 48 before time ran out. I only got 60% on the Canada quiz, though
48/48 but man, do I hate those little New England states.
48/48, I kept wanting to do click on name, then click on state, had to read through the directions again.
How many of you started with the state you live in first then worked you way out? Or did the big easy recognizable states (California, Texas, Ney York, etc.)? Second time through I did it alphabetically.
GES
I got all 48 but I have to admit I guessed on a few of the midwest states (I’m a canuck though, we didn’t learn american geography until grade 7). I managed all 14 on the canadian quiz thank goodness although I will have to admit I get the capitals of Yukon and NWT mixed up so that was a little bit of a guess.
I do it geographically by sections. I can create a map of the U.S. in my head pretty easily. Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, … I didn’t even try the U.S. test; sorry, but it’s just not challenging at all to me. The test dwc1970 mentioned - identify a state just by its outline - that sounded interesting.
32 out of 48. I suck at the East Coast. I can, however, name all 50 U.S. states and their capitals, but only if I sing them to the tune of “Turkey in the Straw.”
Yep. Love me some Animaniacs.
8 right.
But since I’m scottish that’s not too bad - is it?
I thought I knew New England but evidently not.
