I was just thinking about this thread this morning when Angel Taylor’s “Like You Do” came on VH-1. No sooner had I defended Mr. Mayer in this thread when it originally came up (and still do)then they showed a brief clip of an interview in which Ms. Taylor gushed over JM and said if she ever met him she’d be star struck or whatever. I mean, she’s clearly smitten and it made me cringe to hear here gushing over him, not knowing about his innate lack of attraction to black women that would soon be made public. I also wondered if VH-1 purposely aired that right after the interview ran. I think if I was the producer I would have edited that out for AT’s sake.
