OJ Simpson Busted By IRS?

I heard recently that OJ Simpson had been making money by signing autographs, peddling his sports memorobilia, etc., and not declaring the income. He also has that civil judgement against him…so apparently the IRS has nailedhim.
Would the IRS put somebody like himin jail? Are delinquents in civil cases (like his) commonly jailed if they don’t pay up?
Course, this man richly deserves to rot in jail…hope the rumors are true!

Well, they got Capone on tax evasion. So I’d guess they’d have no qualms about OJ. Though I know nothing of this story, so that’s all I can offer for now.

This is precisely what happened to Pete Rose, who was fined $50,000 and spent five months in Federal Prison. He was convicted of tax evasion for under reporting icome from autographs, appearances, and sales of memorabilia.
