I’m tired of these ads on TV, so I’m going to find out if it really is “The Worlds Strongest Fat Burner” once and for all, bwahahahaha! I’m going to take the stuff just as it says to, alter my eating habits just slightly (less fast food, no sweets, etc…), and begin a fitness program. Now, for your information…
…I am 5’10, 195, Male. After time goes by, I will update you on how this goes and I’ll finally have an answer, if Stacker II really IS “The Worlds Strongest Fat Burner”!
But ya see, if you do these things, you’ll likely loose weight without taking “The Worlds Strongest Fat Burner.” Not to mention that you’ll have destroyed the controls on your experiment.
And this ain’t meant to discourage you in your effort to loose weight, I’m just sayin’ your results won’t necessarily be attributable to “The Worlds Strongest Fat Burner.”
I think the deal is more that Stackers supress the appetite so that you don’t crave snackage than an increase in metabolism (although they do that as well). Also, they get you “amped”, so that you’re more likely to engage in physical activity. BTW: They have Stacker III as well.
The morning news has had periodic notices that CLR is a good supplement for losing fat. They say that there appear to be no adverse side-effects, and that CLR may also reduce the risk of diabetes and other illnesses.
Careful with that Stacker 2, especially if you like coffee and sodas. In my research while thinking of trying Stacker myself, I found that the ephedrine has caffeine-like effects and can create problems for those who like caffinated drinks. You ought to switch to decaf once you start your Stacker regimen or get Stacker Lite which has no ephedrine.
Ok, I see what you are saying, so I will not go all out as I was planning to, however, I don’t even think there is a need for me to do that anyhow…
…after taking only three of the pills, I can already feel it truly suppressing my hunger. It’s odd really, it actually has made me ONLY want to eat the very smallest ammount. I also feel my energy going up as the two days have went on so far, so I know it’s doing something so far!
It’s more than a placebo effect. ECA stack products really do suppress appetite, because it’s basically a form of speed. The questions surrounding such products would tend to have more to do with safety than efficacy. Certainly, ephedra and ECA products can have severe consequences when misused (then again, so can any drug)–the scientific debate would be as to what would constitute safe usage. I’m not convinced that such drugs are inherently unsafe. Then again, the burden of proof is always on those who would argue that there is a safe usage.
The reason why diet and exercise are important is that you have to adjust your lifestyle to maintain any progress you make. If you have to stop taking the drug at some point, it would have been a wasted effort if you gain it all back quickly.
I’m taking Thermochrome 5000 which is basically another one of the numerous ephedra+caffeine+ground up weeds combos. Make no mistake it is an extremely effective, non-prescription appetite suppressant. I have a very robust appetite and it crushes it like an paper cup. When on Thermochrome I can go until evening until I want to eat and even then eating is not an urgent matter. You are not hungry.
The flip side is that the effect on your nervous system is like (but not exactly) taking 3 or 4 cups of expresso coffee on an empty stomach. There is an increase in energy but it’s not “feel great” energy, it’s a wired “buzz” energy which does not guarantee mental acuity and makes you feel ummm… “pushed” physically. It’s not a particularly pleasant sensation even though it’s low level. It’s basically legal speed.
Ephedra may be dangerous if abused but being overweight is even more so. It’s a calculated risk. You are supposed to take one pill but I’ve found I need two for the effect to be persuasive.
