Depends on the guy, try it and see. In my experience, I know lots of guys that have sensitive nipples, but I’ve never heard them say it helps them stay hard.

I think that it refers to guys who cum too fast. If you squeeze the nipple it distracts the guy & keeps him from coming. But of course, you could squueze his nose just as well.
