OK, now I can't wait for "Team America: World Police"

Been seeing the promos for this, the next effort by Trey Parker and Matt Stone of “South Park” fame, and it looks a hoot. This is what I was hoping for from the recent Thunderbirds movie, if the idiot producers of that film hadn’t scrapped the most fundamantal aspect of the series on which it was based: it was all done with puppets (or to be precise, marionettes).

Also, while I have so far been somewhat immune to the charms of South Park, I will acknowledge that Parker and Stone are fairly clever satirists, and the movie appears to gore a number of oxen concerning our current “time of war”.

Going on the personal must see list.

I agree. I’ve seen a few episodes of South Park, and found them funny, but I don’t consider it appointment TV. But the first time I saw the trailer for “Team America” it looked like pure entertainment.

Between this, the Spongebob Squarepants movie, and the Incredibles, my fall movie-going schedule is pretty much sewed up.
