Okay, what's really going on at this Google Maps location?

How could they possibly have tracked down the one specific dog in the whole of the town that was there the photo was snapped?

The photo and the supposed story behind it received a lot of attention, The Sun sent a reporter to the area to get to the bottom of it, which itself generated a lot of local attention, then the owner of the dog who frequents that park realized it must of been their dog, because:

Makes sense that that much water would have had to come from the dog taking multiple laps dripping water all over the place.
