Probably not; it’s an article from 1999. And really… you can get one of those things at any grocery or drugstore for somewhere between $2 and $10 bucks, depending on where.

The actual product is still available from the usual outlets, Target, Drugstore.com, etc.. I still have one, in fact, though I haven’t used it for about ten years because the (relatively) new washer does the job automatically.
