Lessee, besides finishing the water system, there’s removing a small refrigeration unit that no longer works and converting its cabinet to storage drawers, removing the stove and replacing it with a 2-burner stove top and a combo toaster oven/air fryer/rotisserie, building in a pull-out spice rack and adding a large drawer under the stove area, replacing the shower sump pumps, painting the aft cabin and the V-berth, installing the new anchor wash-down pump, reinstalling some of the electronics on the flybridge, sanding and cetol-ing the center window frame in the main cabin, getting all the windows to open again, refurbishing the dinghy, reinstalling the mast, getting all the nav lights working… Oh, and I get to sew a dinghy cover. I think that’s most of it…
Or we’ll be dead.
I finally hemmed the hatch cover, so all we need to do is install the snaps that will hold it on. I swear, it took longer to get everything out and put it all away than to stitch the hem. That’s what happens when your dining room table is also your sewing table.
Marketplace came thru again! We sold a fish tank that’s been sitting in our garage for eons. So to celebrate, we’ll apply the proceeds to supper at the sushi place. Yum. Now, if I’d just hear back from the woman who said she wanted the TV.
I think I’ll clean up and urge FCD out for an early supper.
