Old structural design program?

When I was in middle school (1997 or thereabouts) we had a computer program that allowed you to build simple structures out of boards and then add diffrent weights to stress test the structure. The way I remember it, the color of the boards would change according to the load/stress placed on each one, and if too high, would break accordingly. It was very simple, and a whole lot of fun!

IIRC, it ran on the PowerPC’s…

Does anyone know of this program, or one similar to it? I’m looking for a simple one, not a professional design tool.

Bridge It is something like that. You have to design a bridge that can hold a certain amount of weight, using a variety of materials and techniques. You can get a free demo from that link. Pretty fun stuff.

Um. . . Miller, while I like yer link, is it what you were lookin’ for?

I fail to see a structural design program in the link.

He/she meant this, it’s a pretty sweet game.
