Found an old Uniden RD 8 Radar detector in the closet circa mid 80’s. Assuming it still works is it completely useless for detecting radar these days or not?
Sure, depending where you are. Lots of fuzz still use good old X and K bands. I still have the original Escort and it saves me trouble all the time.
