Related story: the current US men’s water polo coach, Terry Schroeder, was immortalized in bronze for the 1984 Los Angeles games – he was determined to have the best body of all male athletes and was turned into a statue that stood (stands?) outside Olympic Stadium or whatever the heck it’s called now. (See the last paragraph of the section on “Structure.”)
