Even without additional murder-related charges, arson itself is an extremely serious crime, for precisely that reason: It’s inherently likely to kill or injure a lot of people.
He added how people also reached out to him, saying he owed them thousands of dollars because her daughter’s predictions were wrong.
Say what? Of course, people who bet thousands of dollars on football games based on the whims of a child are not going to have the best grasp of reality.
I find it hard to rank a prank that damaged a house door that happened to let a dog out that happened to be hit later by an unrelated car higher than a man deliberately, severely, and permanently injuring a baby that is probably part of his own family, then fleeing the country.
Interesting that the caution tape has the words in English and presumably, Hebrew. Does NYPD have a collection of bilingual tapes that can be used in the appropriate neighborhood?
I’d be surprised if they didn’t, but AIUI there’s also a very well-organized Hasidic neighborhood watch group in Crown Heights that could also have had it ready.
I’d never heard of Aspen Kartier before, but she belongs in this thread. I’m not going to link to her live stream beating the shit out of her dog because it’s awful. It’s all over the internet if you want to see it. Or hear it may be more appropriate as the beating is just off camera.
She is angry that the cute little dog got out of the cage. Man, I hope that dog is taken away from her.
One of Bari Weiss’ new hires at CBS News literally decided that hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein was more important than going to the hospital with his infant son who was DYING.
I know, I don’t get it. Nearly a half century (! Where has the time gone?) ago when I was in college, I hated frats. Their stupid drinking initiations, and other humiliations in the name of “brotherhood”. I couldn’t figure why anyone would put up with that then, and even less now.
At least back then, the drinking age was 18, so getting so blitzed you died was in fact legal.
So maybe he’s no no longer excited by the thought of Epstein’s pedophilia?
In June 2015, Attia gushed in an email to Epstein that the “worst” part about being his friend is that “the life you lead is so outrageous, and yet I can’t tell a soul.” The message was written seven years after Epstein was first arrested for procuring a child for prostitution and four years before his federal sex-trafficking arrest.
That guy sounds like some prosecutor’s dream. It doesn’t matter which moral panic you care to name, this guy’s all in with it.
I’m not suggesting this is the case with this guy, but if somebody wanted to railroad some innocent through a show trial, accusing him of being a Satanic Nazi child porning wannabe church shooter would pretty well guarantee their conviction. At least in the court of public opinion.
