I take it to mean, “The monument was originally built in the first century A.D. During the mid-19th century, some restoration was done of the monument (which had presumably been damaged in the meantime). The wall that the defaced brick was part of was part of that restoration.” The implication seems to be that the brick only dates to the mid-19th century; though I suppose they could have re-built the restored wall using brick already old at the time.
The US Sun didn’t strike me as the most reliable source, since it’s a tabloid (once affiliated with the same people who published Weekly World News), but I see many outlets reporting the same thing, including The Independent, Rolling Stone, and Dallas Morning News, so it seems legit.
She did however claim that the person who died was in fact just one version of Michael Protzman, “the evil version” and that the good Michael Protzman—who is in fact JFK Jr. in a mask—is still alive and well.
I’m starting to suspect that some of these Qanon people aren’t well.
