Hmmm. That sounds really fun.
This here isn’t quite Indo-Mex fusion. These folks make only Indian main dishes, so no carnitas or refried beans or yellow rice. And you can get the usual Indian main courses served as a plate w the usual Indian accompaniments of seasoned basmati, naan, rotis, samosas, etc,.
Or you can have your meal sorta more as a pick-it-up taco style lunch. Very interesting.

Papadams are too crunchy and fragile to be stuffed.

This obvious genius thought it would be a good idea to assault a former Senator and former fighter pilot. It did not go well for him. Not as badly as one might hope, but he’s done. Probably not a politically motivated crime, but the fact he picked a semi-celebrity semi-official pretty well ensures the prosecution isn’t going to play nice.
He sure seems to fit the “stupid MF’s” thread better than the “evil MFs”. Attacking people is evil, but is pretty garden variety evil.

Surströmning is in a league by it self. Lutefisk taste alright with bacon and mustard.
