I just refuse to address you in a thread.
I just poked you in the Is. Buck up, man.
I kinda thought you were a chick. So not only do I not know how to read your screen nick…I can’t read your gender.
As a person IRL that has a name that is constantly misspelled, I do feel your pain.
Fake Me: “It is BRASSY! No, no not Brassei. Not BraxxieY. It is not Braseiiii WITH THREE MMM’S AND A SILENT Q!!!”
Other person: “So it’s Brassquois?”
Me: “Yes. Close enough.”
“Andy” it is, then.

Two eyed Andy 4 eyed. got it.
iiandyiiii
usually I copy/paste to be safe.
On how to remember how to properly spell my user-name
my username?
ii received a Handy Andy toolkit when I was 8. Real tools too. I learned to repair my Schwinn with them. Used that toolkit several years. Added a few screwdrivers that I needed to work on my bike.
Coincidentally, I use the same trick to remember how to spell my name.
What I want to know is is when the hell did all the Andrew’s in the world decide to switch names? When I was growing up there were Andys as far as the eye could see. Then one fateful day I met a Drew who had to explain to me that it was also short for Andrew. And overnight there were no more Andys anywhere, but Drews all over the goddamn place.
ETA: point that I forgot to mention is that are you sure it isn’t iidrewiiii
I am sure. I am not Drew (except for this one guy in the Navy who insisted for some reason), and very rarely am I Andrew. I’m Andy.
And very very rarely, Andre.
I’m another one who thought it was iiandyiii and was going to post how I pretend to be Lawrence Welk to remember it…“2 and-a 3”. Then figured out from the OP that I was completely wrong.
So this post doesn’t ring a bell? (sorry if it sounded as if I was referencing a bad movie)

Anyway, it was a great idea even if it went unheeded. And if you’ve never eaten at Bob and Edith’s, you’re missing a great breakfast.
Oops, I thought you meant the movie Yes, I did recommend that hotel. As to Bob and Edith’s, I’ll put it on my list! We don’t go out for breakfast much, but I’ll try and persuade my lovely wife.
