I believe the title is “Here”. … BPM on XM Radio states it as “Here (In your arms)”

Edit: I think the title is actually “Here In your Arms”.

BPM stands for what, please? And is there public access to XM radio? From what I see on their site, it starts at $12.95 a month. If I bought that, where would I access it–on my computer? I’m behind the times, aren’t I?
