On NPR today <chuckle chuckle>

They had a story about Lewis Libby’s testimony today and the reporter’s name was Libby Lewis. And she didn’t even make a joke about it. :dubious:

Lighten up, Francis.

Lewis Libby… Libby Lewis.

Lewis, Libby. Libby, Lewis.

Cute.

And I heard an interview of Lewis Libby by Libby Lewis, I swear! It was a few weeks ago, maybe a month or more, come to think of it. Made me smile. I think the ATC host made a comment, though.

Libby Lewis has been doing the news stories on Lewis Libby for a couple of months now. The hosts of the show did talk about the odd coincidence when she started doing these reports. Nobody on All Things Considered talks about it anymore since they don’t find it interesting anymore.

Why oh why am I always the last to know!?! I think I heard Libby Lewis for the first time this week!

I caught that too and thought maybe I heard her name wrong. But then at the end of the report she states her name clearly.

I find it strangely amusing.

Yeah, they got enough mail that they did a brief piece on it a few months ago.

Then they let it drop. It’s not really news…just an interesting coincidence.
