Not sure if you mean the sub-reddits:
You should see a pane on the right called ‘Other reddit communities’. The reddits you subscribed to are in bold. You can also jump to one by URL: Reddit - Dive into anything.
Or if you mean your posts:
Click on your username along the top. The mail icon next to your username will show you responses to your posts.
Is that what you mean?
