Three staples in my house; Tabasco, Tapatio, and Sriracha hot chili sauce.

I stock-pile hot sauces & dried hot peppers like it’s WWII. No worries here.

I have Tasbasco Chipotle sauce (which any hot food lover should have on hand), Cholula, Crystal, Sriracha, a couple different barbecue sauces, chili powders, Cajun spice mixes, Old Bay, canned chipotles, and jarred sliced jalapenos. And I keep all the sauces chilled in the fridge – they’re so much better nice and cold.

Askia, man, if you ever need hot sauce, tell me what you want and I will buy anything you need locally and ship it to you in Georgia.

I don’t like it as much as I used to. I can only eat a couple times a day lately. :slight_smile:

YOu know what’s really good? Get yer fries at yer restaurant, and get yer puddle of ketchup, and shake a good teaspoon of tabasco into the puddle. Mix it together with a fry swizzle stick. That shit rocks.

Have y’all tried the smoked variety Tobasco? Chipotle (the restaurant) has it and it’s WONDERFUL.

Formula for tolerable food in my college cafeteria: take one flour tortilla. Heap some of whatever the vegan grain and legume offering of the night is onto said tortilla. Toss some shredded cheese on top. Slather in Tabasco. Roll and eat.
