Brown has no criminal record (not that it matters). Nobody injured. Arrested for aggravated assault. And a dubious story from the “home invaders”: they claimed Brown fired 5-6 shots, only 1 casing was found.

Beating and killing n!gs has long been acceptable, even encouraged. It’s the Amerikkkan way. The land of the spree and the home of the slave hasn’t changed much. If they were still slaves, they’d be worth something, and assaulting n!gs would be a property offence. Wear a slave collar to show you are owned and thus off-limits to casual attacks.

So, setting aside the actual killing, it looks like he really was looking to rob someone, unless you can think of an innocent reason he was seen and videoed trespassing inside a house under construction.

Was curious about the construction? The construction process is fascinating.
I’ve wandered through construction sites that were wide open and didn’t have fencing or restrictions around them.
But I’m not black so I didn’t run when I noticed someone watching me.
So, you can’t think of a single reason other than “looking to rob someone” that someone would walk through a house under construction?
Over the past several years, my wife and I have walked through probably two hundred houses under construction. Were we casing the joints? Looking for workmen to rob? Stealing wire or tools?
Do people do that while jogging miles away from their homes with no weapons on them? Was Arbery gonna carry his ill-gotten gains home in the pockets of his shorts?
Well, there are other reasons, but “I was trespassing on private property to urinate on your construction site” isn’t an especially glorious one.
Like it or not, there is video proof he was witnessed commiting a crime. That isn’t going to help with the conviction of the killers.
He was not witnessed committing anything except dying.
If he was checking out a house under construction without permission so what? What’s criminal about it?
