Let me put it this way, I think rape is bad EXCEPT when the victim is a rapist or a child molester. I don’t mean just convicted rapists and child molesters, I mean actual rapists and child molesters…and actually, I think I’ll throw in wife-beaters too, what the hell.
I don’t know who the guilty ones are, but whoever they are, it’s fine with me if they get raped. For anyone else it’s bad.
Also, I haven’t said anything about the state legitmizing prison rape, I’m just saying that I don’t feel bad when it happens to those who have brutalized others.
We had a case up here in Minnesota not to long ago where a woman was kidnapped from her job at a convenience store, taken into the woods, raped, murdered and burned.
When the guy who did was sentenced to life in prison, the victim’s mother was allowed to address the court. She looked right at the guy and said “Say hi to Bubba.” Now is anyone going to say that woman didn’t have a right to feel that way?

Gingy, with all due respect ( stopped reading the thread after I came upon your post) no, it’s not funny in a “haha” way but in the way of “the mother fucker deserves it” comes to mind.
I am completely against rape as a woman but when a man comes home after a drunken night and decides that his woman would make a rather nice punching bag out of his woman, with no notice, I could give a fuck if “Bubba” takes on the fuckhead as his unintended girlfriend while locked up. Same for men that rape women or children. They deserve what they get.
Look, I am all for humane treatment, but the moment a mother fucker decided that wife, daughter, son are prime punching territory or they decide that their ability to force their wife or child into sexual intercourse, especially the kids, the mother fucker deserves what he gets.
Unprovoked violence, unprovoked forced sexual encounters and sexual encounters with kids…and even unprovoked violence with children is not, not something I take lightly.
Granted the OP was different than what you are talking about but there are men, men I know personally, that deserve the ruthless treatment of rape in prison.
No I don’t believe in capital punishment but if their fellow inmates felt them to be that horrific…fuck them. Literally.

Well, I almost wound up in prison for something I didnt do. In fact, If I wasn’t able to afford a lawyer, i would more than likely would have, and even if I didnt I would have spent over a year waiting for the case to come to trial sitting in jail if I couldnt afford bail(yes it took that long to come to trial).
there are lots of innocent people in jail who werent so lucky.
There was a story a while back about a guy who got raped repeatedly while in jail overnight for participating in a peace protest.

I have a friend who did a year because he couldnt afford his child support payments. His child support was set when he was working for the family business…When his dad died, he lost his high paying family job, but his support payments didnt change(he couldnt afford the lawyer to change it). Added to that, when he did have money, he gave it directly to his ex, or bought school stuff for his kid, so he didnt get credit…maybe he made some bad choices in that, but that deserves rape?(he didnt get raped, he’s a rather large individual…but he got into a lot of fights to keep it that way…).

I have a relative who was in the system and according to her, it was pretty fucking awful, all the time. She was in for domestic abuse.
