Just got done watching The Fugitive, and I am curious: how would one go about handcuffing a one-armed man? Would s/he have his the one arm connected to leg shackles or a chain at the waist?
Maybe just a strap jacket…

I actually red a news article about such an incident not too long ago. Something about a disturbance on an airliner. Apparently, they cuffed his arm to a leg.
