Okay, dopers, let’s hop into our travel armchairs and send each other on an adventure!
Mine are Machu Picchu and Angel Falls.

For natural wonders, definitely Banff National Park in the Canadian Rockies.
I’ve already seen so many of the man-made wonders that interest me, and the OP already took Machu Picchu, so I’m going to go with the Confederation Bridge, which connects Prince Edward Island to New Brunswick.
Number one on my list of natural wonders would be any active volcano.
For man-made items, the Falkirk Wheel is one thing I’ve really been wanting to see, and I have a good chance to do so since I go to Scotland on business a couple times a year.
The Pyramids.
I’m not big on natural wonders. There are many scenic wonders I’d go see (and have) if I were in the area but I can’t think of anything I’d make a special trip for.
Niagara Falls. I like to visit it every chance I get. (Beats the Grand Canyon by a hundredfold. It doesn’t just sit there, it moves, and very dramatically.)
Eiffel Tower. Got to the base of it when it was closed for some reason. Seen so many pix of it, but want to go up some time.
If I can define the wonders, I would say the Ararat Anomaly aka Noahs Ark for the man made wonder.
For natural ones, there really is not one that stands out as a single one.
that is if we restrict this to earth.
Man-made: Great Wall of China
Natural: Great Barrier Reef
Those would be GREAT to see.
damn you for taking the great wall, ruby.
for man made, i think i’d choose pam anderson’s tits.
seriously, though, i think i’ll take the palace of versailles, just to throw a curveball
natural wonders, i think i’d take me an africa. so much wildlife and history to see there, it’s hard to narrow it down.
Despite it being in the state in which I was born and have live virtually all my life, I have never been to Grand Coulee Dam. And I’ll take the Grand Canyon for my natural wonder.
Man Made: The Taj Mahal
Natural: The Aurora Borealis (or Aurora Australis; I’m not an hemisphere-ist or anything)
Man-made: International Space Station.
Natural: Marianas Trench.
The statue of Liberty
Niagra Falls
I would like to see the Pyramids in Egypt and in Yucatan.
I would like to watch the tide (full cycle) at the Bay of Fundy.
Pryamids.
Grand Canyon.
It was for a long time my intention to visit Hong Kong before it reverted to Chinese ownership and New Orleans before the water reclaimed it; I missed on both opportunities, largely through apathy and lack of funds.
I’ll settle for anything else that is famously transient (any suggestions?)
Mad-made: the Great Wall of China
Natural: … let’s up the stakes a little. A close-ish orbit around Saturn, please.
Manmade: The ruins of Baalbeck
Natural: Kilimanjaro
Manmade: Aricebo (sp?)
Natural: I think I’ll go with Kodiak Island.
I saw it, Canada side, when I was a young lass. I remember the raincoats they gave us to wear smelled very bad.
I want to see the Grand Canyon, and I want to go to Rome.
Man-Made - Taj Mahal
Natural - Great Barrier Reef
Enjoy,
Steven
