I am looking to get pre-approved for a mortgage. I could go around to various banks and apply but that seems like a lot of work. Has anyone used one of the mortgage websites like LendingTree.com and gotten good results? I hear that a lot of smaller S&Ls get most of their mortgage business this way these days.
