The one I was supposed to receive. It was sent on the 14th. I run every day to the mail and still no package for me.

I got the ornaments…they’re a beautiful addition to my tree!
I mailed out the ornament last week…I hope you’ve received it by now, Melandry. (And, I hope it arrived in good condition!)
I finally whine and lo and behold. Ornaments on my doorstep! Yay! The nutcracker one is immensely popular with my children.

phall0106, the ornament arrived today! I guess it just took its time. Maybe it was enjoying the sights! Anyway, it seems we were thinking in a similar theme, and I really like my little red star! So thank you.

You all should see my tree. I only had a few ornaments to start with–I bought one for each family member, plus the ones I’ve received through this exchange–but TBone and the Weeping Princess have also added their little toys to the tree. It has an odd, McDonald-land sort of aura about it now.
No presents beneath it yet, but we usually do Christmas late, and the sooner I put wrapped boxes under there, the sooner I have to start vacuuming up fragments of puppy-chewed paper.
